Advancer entered the security business foray with the acquisition of KC Security.

First Stewards and Master Clean were awarded the BS OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management accreditation by DAS Certification Singapore.

KH Security was acquired.

World Clean was acquired as part of the Group’s strategy to grow the cleaning and stewarding services and increase its clientele base.

First Stewards and Master Clean were awarded the BizSAFE STAR.

Nation Employment was accredited as the exclusive training provider for Singapore by the British Butler Institute.

Unipest was acquired to provide pest control services.

World Clean and Unipest attained BizSAFE Level 3.

Master Clean and First Stewards attained Grade 4 and Grade 5 licenses respectively, from the Building and Construction Authority.

Nation Employment partnered with Pearson Education Limited to offer Pearson-accredited training to selected Foreign Domestic Workers (FDW).

Advancer Global Limited was incorporated and listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange on 11 July 2016.

Advancer acquired Ashtree International to expand its security business offerings to include security consulting, security engineering and design services.

Advancer entered into a new line of business with the acquisition of Newman & Goh, a prominent property and managing agent in the Facility Management industry.

Premier Eco-Care was acquired to provide for pest control services.

The Group acquired landscaping company, Envirocare to augment its services to owners of facilities.

Fullcast International was incorporated in Japan, a joint venture with the Group’s Employment Services Division, to offer integration employment solutions to Japanese corporations.

Nation Human Resources Pte Ltd became the first employment agency to receive the NTUC May Day Partner of Labour Movement Award. 

Nation Employment won the Gold Award for Maid Agency category in the Reader's Digest Quality Service Award 2020

KC Security & Investigation Services Pte Ltd was renamed KH Security Pte Ltd.

Newman & Goh Property Consultants Pte Ltd. acquired 82% of SRE Global Pte Ltd and 76% of PropNex Property Management Consultants Pte Ltd, later renamed PPMC Pte Ltd.

SRE Group Pte Ltd fully acquired HBA Group Property Consultants Pte Ltd.

Ashtree International was appointed as one of the Enterprise Partners by the Institute of Adult Learning (IAL) to bolster workforce learning capabilities in the security sector.
