Mr Francis Chin
Head of Employment Services
Mr Francis Chin is the Head of Employment Services at Advancer Global Limited and has overall responsible for the operations and management all employment agencies under this business segment.
He co-founded Nation Employment in 1994 and has been playing an important role in driving the employment services business segment to achieve desirable objectives, quality services and profitability. He is assisted by a team of sales managers from the services centres located in the east and west of Singapore.
Mr Chin was conferred the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (Public Service Medal) for commendable community service in Singapore in 2005.
Mr Brian Tan
Director
Mr Brian Tan joined Advancer Global Limited in 2018 as the Group HR Director. He also oversees the Employment Services Division and led several projects including digitising and automating the internal processes, social media outreach, and the Home Service Team to improve customers’ engagements. His contributions were instrumental to Nation being conferred the Labour Movement’s Partner award in 2019, and Readers’ Digest Best Customer Service (Gold) award in 2019 and 2020.
Mr Tan is concurrently a Director for Fullcast International, a joint venture in Japan. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Master of Social Sciences.
